I am a fifth year Ph.D. candidate majoring in computer science at VirginiaTech, interested in computational sciences. I apply scalable optimization algorithms, high performance computing and data analytics techniques to understand function of biomolecular systems. With strong background in theoretical computer science, I also have interests in design and analysis of algorithms and data structures. 

I will be joining as a tenure-track assistant professor in the department of computer science at  California State University, Los Angeles from Fall 2020!
